Referees are the heartbeat of every match — keeping the game fun, fair, and safe for all. As of 2025, all referee operations formerly managed by Big Country Soccer Association (BCSA) are now part of Abilene Youth Sports Authority (AYSA) Soccer, the official local affiliate of North Texas Soccer Association (NTX).
AYSA Soccer is proud to continue BCSA’s long tradition of developing confident, capable referees while expanding training and support opportunities through NTX and U.S. Soccer.
